I drive three key areas for NextGear Capital: facilities, internal events and community relations. As Director of Events and Community Relations I am responsible for strategically growing the NextGear Capital presence in the community while developing strong relationships with community partners. A key aspect of this position entails working with senior management and People Strategies to drive NextGear’s philanthropy and community relations efforts, reinforcing the company’s position as a responsible member of the communities where our team members live and work.As Director of Facilities my role is to oversee the designing and day to day operations of corporate headquarters located in Carmel, Indiana.
