Chief Operations Officer @Via

View department →

Fayetteville, AR, US

Via (formerly called Center for Mission Mobilization) is multiplying national mission movements in Africa, Asia, Latin American and beyond to reach the unreached. I have the pleasure of leading our teams at the International headquarters in Fayetteville, Arkansas and serving our Executive Director, Dave Rofkahr, who leads our international teams and the overall mission. Our operational teams (creative, technology, personnel, publishing and finance) provide the infrastructure for our global movement, serve our staff families, and design ministry resources which are used in dozens of languages. Our global resource teams which I give oversight to are Via Students, Via Generosity, and our global translation and publishing division. In 2001, Steve Shadrach gave me the opportunity to help him start up this ministry to change the world for Jesus Christ. Ever since then, I\'ve given my life to mobilizing more missionaries to reach the unreached. Through this tenure at the Via, we have played a key role in the growth or startup of other ministries including Perspectives, Perspectives Global, Every Ethne (now Launch Global), International Affairs Group (now Concillium), and the Global Mobilization Network.

The CMM is sending teams of frontier mobilizers to serve and equip ministries in these countries to become a mission force, instead of a mission field. Specialties: Non-profit Organizational Leadership, Mission Mobilization, Frontier Missions, Product Development, Fundraising, and Bridging the communication gap between visionary leaders and skilled technicians.
