In December 2024, Health Concepts, Ltd. and its six nursing facilities merged with Home Health and Hospice Care of Nursing Placement. This merger makes for the first of its kind in the state of Rhode Island! Our founder, David M. Ryan and Nursing Placement owner, Michael A. Bigney shared a common vision of creating a closed-loop health care network for Rhode Islanders with an ability to provide multiple facets of home health care and rehabilitation services, hospice care, outpatient therapy clinics as well as skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Combining our forces, we have created a complete long-term care continuum whether your health care needs require attention and assistance within the comfort of your own home or in a more clinically advanced setting. In either scenario, we are here to help! We continue to provide top quality care to our states most fragile population.
