Commissioner Ratekin’s reputation of knowing the law is proved by her nearly 90% settlement rate. She was appointed Commissioner by the Superior Court of San Diego in June 2007. From 2007 to 2009, she was assigned to the AB1058 child support program, in 2010 she presented the Independent Family Law Calendar, and has been dedicated to educating and lecturing on family law across the state of California. While practicing ADR for the past three years, Commissioner Ratekin has also been on the Department of Child Support Services Guideline Child Support Calculator task force, the Superior Court Family Law Committee and created the CJER Family Law Curriculum Committee from 20••••21.
