Senior Human Resources Manager - Americas Power Tools and Lifts @Ingersoll Rand

Functioned as key divisional strategic Human Resources business partner to the North America PTL teams which included; Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Commercial Sales, Procurement and Global Supply Chain/Manufacturing to develop and execute critical business and organizational changes.
