Support IT infrastructure as the Agile Administrator (v9.3.3)• Lead all aspects of Agile PLM system development, improvement and administration• Responsible for PLM activities that interface with various functional departments (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Marketing and other business systems)• Lead and perform engineering fit/gap analysis between current and proposed business processes • Create requirement specifications to document configuration changes• Configure roles,privileges and workflows per the requirements specifications• Orchestrate robust functional testing to validate configuration changes • Provide training to the Agile community on configuration updates and all Agile processes • Maintain PLM user accounts and access controls• Manage 13 PLM workflows and change control process• Manage workflow approval matrices• Provide Agile PLM helpdesk support• Manage the document and change control processes using Agile PLM• Process all product and document change orders, including procedures, deviations and component changes in support of OTD, product releases and sustaining activities.• Define and enforce Item/BOM Configuration Management procedures; maintain BOMs and product structures for electronic and mechanical assemblies• Review, evaluate and process changes accurately and in a timely manner to meet quality standards• Provide guidance and communication to engineers and other users to share best practices and resolve change issues and/or discrepancies• Maintain templates and document layouts, and provide assistance in technical writing where necessary• Identify and implement improvements to the document control system
