Focus on a three-part structure of salary, bonus and equity compensation-Partner with Board members to develop a Compensation Committee-Developed and implemented a focal review process including equity refresh-Designed the onboarding process to meet requirements as a publicly traded/SOX compliant entity with responsibilities under a US National Security Agreement-Implemented a roadmap tool to ensure employees are introduced to people, processand tools-Lead HR, Talent and Facilities teams.
