Sr. Manager, Recruitment - Snapshot: •Manage, develop, mentor, succession plan and guide team of managers, recruiters, sourcers and coordinators through the entire recruiting life-cycle•Design short & long term sourcing strategies. Lead talent sourcing efforts to execute against key searches for niche STEM/STEAM roles •Provide strategic leadership in the development & implementation of client specific programs, processes and best practices to meet business needs and achieve hiring goals•Consult and advise executives, hiring leaders and partners about the candidate landscape through the use of market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics •Oversee diversity recruitment strategies and partnerships to include, but not limited to professional associations, diversity recruitment conferences, community outreach programs, industry networking events and associations•Develop and enhance recruitment measurement tools, metrics, scorecards and analytics•Ensure team expectations and performance goals are clear and measurable via mentoring, coaching and training of team-members•Technical focus: Machine Learning, AI, Robotics, R&D, VR/Virtual Reality, SWE, BIM, RT Graphics Processing and Rendering, PLC Engineers, Electrical, Mechanical and Controls Design Engineers and Creatives
