With over 25 years in finance, I\'ve built a career on relationships, respect, and results. Growing up in the Bay Area, I watched my family run a statewide business, sparking my interest in banking and community involvement. Along with this experience, I was able to work my way through college with a mortgage broker and servicer. These foundations shaped my approach to mortgage lending and commercial banking, where I\'ve thrived as a Business Developer & Sales Executive. My career journey has taught me that success stems from genuine connections. I\'m known for my reliability and ability to bring fresh ideas to the table. My goal? To boost organizational performance through smart sales strategies and a coaching mindset that sets everyone up for success. I am currently a Relationship Manager with the non-profit, Main Street Launch. As a mission driven lender, we empower entrepreneurs and create economic opportunity. My experience has given me a unique blend of knowledge, resilience, and adaptability. I can pivot when needed and quickly grasp new products or markets. Creativity, learning, and growth fuel my passion. I love leading team-building events that bring people together. My positive outlook helps others see the beauty in all experiences, even the challenging ones. As a leader, I\'m hands-on when necessary but also give my team space to find their own path. I\'ll always stand up for my colleagues and expect the same support among team members. Outside of work, I\'m just as passionate about life. My husband and I practice yoga daily and often hike the beautiful Redwood Trails near our home. Meditation keeps me grounded, while cooking allows me to express my creativity and share joy with friends & family. Music and art are integral to my daily life, and I\'ve been tapping my toes in dance classes since I was four! My mission is simple: to build, encourage, support, and love my family and everyone I meet. I firmly believe that community is immunity. By fostering strong relationships and staying true to my values, I aim to make a positive impact in both my professional and personal spheres.

   Main Street Launch has been around since 1979. We are a nonprofit community based financial institution. Main Street Launch offers loans up to to start up and existing businesses that cannot qualify for more traditional sources of financing.Through innovative partnerships we provide business owners with capital, education, and relationships that allow them to flourish. Our collaborative approach helps our borrowers create jobs and stimulates economic development in low-to-moderate income communities.My role as a Relationship Manager covers Business Development as well as underwriting responsibilities.
