AWS Foundation is a public foundation with the mission of supporting those with enduring intellectual, physical and developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible. Patti has overseen grant awards in excess of $40M and growth of assets in excess of $120M. As CEO she has guided the Foundation to expanded grants awarded to more than 120 organizations, increased the commitment to building an inclusive region of northeast Indiana\'s for those with disabilities, directed the design and construction of a corporate office and community center as well as nurtured the development of the statewide search engine Indiana Disability Resource FINDER.
