As a clinical ethicist and program director, I work at the intersection of medicine, ethics, and policy to support ethically grounded, patient-centered care. I lead strategic initiatives at the University of Colorado Center for Bioethics and Humanities, where I focus on expanding clinical ethics consultation services, developing education and training programs, and building partnerships that strengthen ethics infrastructure across healthcare systems.My work centers on supporting clinical teams through complex ethical challenges—ranging from end-of-life decision-making to culturally informed care.
