My roles heading up our Energy Practice and as Senior Partner/Managing Director in our Dallas office see me focus on the Global Energy Transition and cross over into energy-intensive industries where our teams can make a difference. I’m proud of my 25 years at BCG and having been elected to the Executive Committee for a 2nd term.I work with all types of clients across the traditional and new energy value chains on a broad range of issues, including strategy development, capabilities improvement, due diligence, organization redesign and implementation, benchmarking, best practice process development, and new launches. As an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, I care deeply too about having more women in senior energy roles and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
