Playing Tall was born from working with women for 25 years in sales, marketing, and sales force motivation. I quickly realized that I never saw a huge leap of confidence without a mindset shift first. Not ever in myself and not ever in anyone else. I began learning everything I could about neuroscience and how to shift mental habits to get results I wanted. Today I enjoy creating blogs and mental tools to help others live their best every day.
