As the Communications Designer at the Beck Center for the Arts, I am responsible for creating both print and digital materials to support a wide range of programs, including professional theater, youth theater, dance, music, visual arts, creative arts therapies, exhibitions, community programs, education, and development. My role involves designing promotional materials such as playbills, posters, and signage, as well as wayfinding systems and branding for individual shows, including custom logos. I also produce digital content for social media platforms like TikTok and YouTube, craft advertisements, and design email marketing assets. Additionally, I create art for the digital marquee at the Center’s front entrance, contribute to video production for marketing and educational purposes, and design fundraising materials. I also have a key role in the creation of TV commercials to promote upcoming shows. Throughout all of these projects, I collaborate with the development team and program leaders to ensure that the Beck Center’s visual identity and messaging align with its mission and values.
