Central HEaRt Founder and Director of Central HEaRt. In a world where women and girls continue to face systemic challenges, it’s important to recognise their potential and provide them with the tools to succeed. Every woman and girl have the potential to shape the future; however, many face barriers such as limited access to education, gender discrimination, and lack of role models and emotional trauma. Central HEaRt exists to help break down these barriers and unlock women and girls’ full potential. Central HEaRt is a trauma informed, lived experience led therapeutic service specialising in the VAWG arena.
