NAA was formed in 2011 to build on Nigel\'s facilitation expertise as a Master Facilitator over the previous 15 years, developing internal \'trainers\' for large organisations - PepsiCo, Unilever, Roche, and many others. As a Co-Facilitator, I give people in-depth, one to one feedback on their presentations and facilitated sessions, using video to give accurate guidance on how to improve. By having two people we are able to increase the size of the group for clients, enabling even better cost-effectiveness of workshops.
