A Realtor belongs to 3 levels of membership, local, state and national. As the President of our local - Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors, in 2009, I had the pleasure of representing our AOR at the National Association of Realtor conference here in our own city of San Diego and took part in the Habitat for Humanity build. I also attended the N.A.R. conference in Orlando, FL in 2008 as the President-Elect for PSAR. At that level of involvement, one has a true appreciation of the importance of housing, ie The American Dream and it\'s part in the overall economy of our nation, each and every state and every local municipality.
