Experienced executive search professional catering to the global leadership needs of my clients in various industries, including Food, Agriculture, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Hospitality, CPG, Manufacturing, Legal, etc. I have coordinated and worked on over 500 top level executive global research and full cycle recruiting assignments for PE-backed, family-owned, publicly and privately held companies. Throughout my 29 year career in global executive search, I have worked with global executive search firms such as Heidrick & Struggles, Korn Ferry International, Global Recruiters, Kincannon & Reed, and ATKearney, as well as with smaller executive search boutiques such as Salus Talent, Oberlander & Associates, and recruiting departments of multinational corporations. Prior to that, I worked for 9 years in various capacities for other companies and institutions including Arthur Anderson, Xerox and Florida International University.I have experience in executive search, talent mapping, international company and industry intelligence, and sourcing / name generation, particularly in the Americas (North America, Latin America and the Caribbean), Europe, Asia-Pacific and emerging markets.
