I am an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management with over twenty years experience in credit control and credit management coupled with excellent people management skills. I have gone through the supervision of a team of 6 controllers to the management up to 7 accounts receivable associates, including a supervisor, to managing 14 controllers remotely and in person, mastering the UK, Irish and Scandinavian markets first and then in my latest three work experiences the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. I am an outstanding communicator, Italian mother tongue, fluent in English, French and Romanian with a good understanding of Spanish and basic Russian. This professional background is further supported by a critical and logical approach to problem solving formed during my academic training in Law (awarded a Master’s degree in Rome, Italy) coupled with the experience in people’s management. The exposure to Lean Management and Six Sigma have rounded my knowledge of Process Mapping and Continuous Improvement together with the latest completion of the Change Management Foundations and Practitioner exams
