This responsibility requires high-level strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with both regional and global priorities. • Medical Strategy: Provide scientific and clinical expertise to benefit the overall business strategy. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, commercial, and medical teams to integrate scientific insights into strategic planning and execution. • Training & Development: Provide ongoing clinical training for the commercial team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest therapeutic data to effectively communicate with healthcare providers. • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key external stakeholders to align efforts with emerging scientific trends and address unmet medical needs. • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all medical activities and collaborations comply with the ABPI Code of Practice, regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.With a strong emphasis on fostering internal and external partnerships and business acumen, I look forward to continuing my work to bridge the gap between clinical data and medical affairs success.
