ABOUT PATRICK GRANT
Hello! I have spent the last decade working various roles in the Oil & Gas Industry in Alberta, Canada. Though the roles themselves have varied tremendously, they have had many key similarities which have helped me grow in my career. Being able to understand the needs of the business I support, and our customers, and being able to convey these requirements between both parties, has been invaluable. My fascination with data, analytics, and reporting, in conjunction with my people-skills, has resulted in many opportunities to lead group efforts and to train hundreds of employees across dozens of organizations. My attention to detail, and pride in my work, has always shown across my various roles. I’m easy to get along with, and always aim to increase the morale and collaboration of the teams I join and the stakeholders I connect with – in my experience, the kindness and respect I’ve shown external and internal stakeholders has always led to an increased desire from these parties to collaborate and assist, increasing efficiency in my scope and theirs. In my spare time, I like creative outlets like drawing and block-print carving, and enjoy watching the Blue Jays consistently cause me heartache.
