I’m the Managing Director of FermionX Manufacturing, a UK-based contract electronics manufacturer enabling ambitious businesses to turn complex ideas into reliable, scalable products.We partner with customers in demanding sectors including medical, aerospace and automotive, providing PCB assembly, wiring and box build services where quality, traceability and consistency are critical. Our role is to remove manufacturing risk, allowing our customers to focus on innovation, growth and getting to market with confidence.Since stepping into the role, I’ve led a transformation of the business, investing in people, process and systems to build a stronger platform for scale. I’m accountable for profit, cash and balance sheet performance, using data and operational discipline to drive a healthier, more resilient business.We don’t aim to be just another supplier. We aim to be the manufacturing backbone behind the products shaping what comes next. We work best with teams building products that matter and looking for a manufacturing partner they can rely on as they grow.
