Lead cross-functional concurrent engineering design teams in the development and integration of advanced fixed-wing cockpit display systems with the budgets from $1M -$16M+. Teams included key contributors from throughout the United States and Europe. Responsible for project technical execution from planning through design, integration and qualification testing; including cost and schedule performance/management, risk management, scope management, design for manufacturability, design to cost and customer deliverables. Act as primary technical point of contact for the Program Manager and the customer. Key Programs Contributions- Delivered F-15 Digital HUD Systems, and Technical Data Package on very aggressive schedule & cost - Successfully led Saab Gripen Digital HUD System design and development team, and demonstrated technical leadership and program management skills with strong soft skills and great attitude - Successfuly led F15 Wide Field of View Head-Up Display technology demonstrator from beginning to end, and delivered to very satisfied customers within schedule and under budget by $200k+(positive cost variance)- Delivered Tornado Head-Up Display technology demonstrator to internal customer within original budget and schedule - Successfully led Enhance Vision System (EVS) technology demonstrator development team under rapid development cycle to support major program milestone - Successfully collaborated with external key technology suppliers to met very aggressive milestones and targets for product performance & program delivery on Low Profile HUD, Compact HUD, EVS - Successfully led bid & proposal efforts on new products such as Collimated Drivers Vision System Generated high level execution plan with major dependencies for each of WBS component to support critical Decision Point (DPs) review - Instrumental during B737 MAX product qualification tests, and products transition by performing root cause analysis and resolutions
