Coordination and development of the incubator, collaborative innovation programs and Public Living Lab of the Lyon Métropolis.INCUBATORDevelopment and coordination of the intra.entrepreneurial incubator of the Metropolis of Lyon (3ETP team), processes and methodologies, monitoring of projects and referent teams. 15 promoters per class, public and private, focused on transitions and public innovationOPEN-INNOVATION LAB COORDINATION- Annual programming, development of partnerships programs, services and place management (600m2, 10 p team, annually 500 k€ budget, 1500 professionals welcomed, 50 collaborative events organised)- Management of R&D projects / workshops of general interest, supervision of a 20-projects portfolio and documentation : Virtual reality, artificial intelligence, biomimicry- DataGora: research and promotion of uses of public data, development of replicable components. Ex: augmented model of territory, multi-layered 3D maps, mediation dashboards. Co-piloting with the Metropolitan Data Service & University of Lyon- Interpretable: mediation device and medical consultation augmented by drawing and AI for allophone audiences.COLLABORATIVE INNOVATION\"Larboratoire\": program to accelerate urban greening (animation of 100 actors, organization of the Canopée Remix of participatory design over 3 days, incubation of 6 services and public/private development models). Co-piloting with the Plan Canopée service of the Métropole de Lyon (20••••22)Fabric of the city: capacitation and construction of a Lab approach within the framework of the charter and the fabric of metropolitan public spaces.
