Youreko\'s innovative widget for e-commerce sites up-sells more efficient home appliances, saving customers money on energy costs. Browsing washing machines on the Hughes site, for example, shows that customers can save £100s in electricity costs on more efficient appliances, for as little extra spend as £10.As well as increasing customer engagement, our service is proven to increase sales, conversions and order values on retailer e-commerce sites. Manufacturers also benefit from our service by driving customer engagement and sales of their most efficient products.We also work with Smart Home technology providers in the utility sector, where our product advisor feature allows customers to find products on the market that are cheaper to run than their existing appliance.

I am an entrepreneurial professional with a passion for technology. I have an excellent track-record working in the Internet and mobile spaces and I have held key roles in a number of successful start-ups. I thrive on the innovation afforded by the Internet and today\'s mobile platforms. In 1996 I co-founded Kan International, an innovative Web agency that pioneered browser enabling LayerActive technology. Kan was acquired by Green Cathedral plc in 2003. In 2004 I became CTO of Phonesync, a mobile synchronisation platform, working with telcos such as BT, O2, Telefonica and Maxis (Malaysia’s largest operator). In 2006 I became CTO of ZYB, a super-connected mobile address book, sold to Vodafone in 2008.
