In 2010, after earning a bachelor\'s degree in Urban Planning and Territory Planning, I began my professional practice in a technical studio, and then started my own freelance business in 2012. I worked with various engineering service companies, undertaking assignments across the entire national territory. This period allowed me to enhance my professional skills, including teamwork, and the ability to manage and coordinate work activities in compliance with deadlines and performance quality.In 2015, I started providing technical consulting services for the Court of Catania, acting as a technical consultant in civil lawsuits and as an expert appraiser for real estate foreclosure procedures.From 2018, I opened my own technical and appraisal consulting firm, focusing on specialist studies in the environmental and permitting sectors (EIA, SEA, and environmental compliance assessments). The firm is equipped with three complete workstations, GNSS equipment, and software for traditional and aerial photogrammetric surveying activities. During this professional period, I decided to pursue a master\'s degree, and in 2019, I earned a Master\'s Degree in Land and Environmental Conservation with a grade of 110 out of 110 with honors.
