As Geneva Rock\'s Media Production Coordinator, I am responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of various media projects, including training videos, project recaps, and promotional materials. This entails collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, directing the storytelling process, handling filming and editing tasks, and managing post-production workflows. My primary focus is to ensure that all video content produced is not only engaging and informative but also fully aligned with our organizational goals.Since joining the team, I have implemented several impactful initiatives to streamline our content creation processes and enhance overall efficiency. One such initiative is the development of a content request system, which empowers users across the company to easily request photo and video creation and editing services. This system has significantly expedited project turnaround times while establishing a more organized submission process throughout the organization.Additionally, I have played a pivotal role in standardizing our content creation policies and procedures. By developing new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and design/editing standards for company content, I have ensured consistency and quality across all media assets produced. These efforts have not only bolstered the professionalism of our output but also contributed to reinforcing our brand identity and messaging.
