Creates and executes testing plans, QA procedures, and bug reporting for projectsand enhancements. Develops end-user support documentation. Maintains and monitors cloud services supporting company websites and preparesreports based on Google Analytics metrics. Troubleshoots website support issues and communicates resolution. Provides scheduled and emergency on-call support. Performs other duties as assigned- Deep understanding of User Interface / User Experience and website best practices.
