Patrick Sculley is a technology leader, serial entrepreneur, and software developer with a passion for merging creativity, innovation, and practical business solutions. Based in Sausalito, CA, he is proficient in more than 20 programming languages and has made his mark as an audio/video engineer, including top 40’s and EDM mixing. Over the years, he has founded a variety of tech startups in video and media production—among them Inphinit Systems, PixelFlow, and PixelMixer.Patrick’s career is defined by his commitment to leading by example, embracing continuous improvement, and fostering efficient communication. These principles have guided his work in training and coaching high-performance engineering teams at organizations like Macy’s, Gap, Walmart, Facebook (Meta), and many more.He has consistently been at the forefront of pioneering solutions—from creating immersive audio-visual experiences and developing the first interactive dance music systems for festivals to helping launch SXSW Interactive His entrepreneurial drive led him to build the first cloud post-production platform (2008), develop a synchronized video review platform (2010), and, most recently, launch PixelMixer—an AI-powered collaboration platform designed to make remote work more meaningful and less of a grind. PixelMixer reflects the belief that when teams feel supported, engaged, and aligned with a shared vision, the workplace becomes a place where creativity flourishes and everyone thrives.In 2006, Patrick and his wife Shannon co-founded Make Believe Software, where they continue to combine technology and creativity to deliver transformative products.
