ABOUT PATRICK SANCIER

With an IT application & infrastructure dual international experience, an expertise in quality (6 Sigma BB certified), productivity improvement and cost reduction, I joined SODEXO in septembre 2015 to discover a new activity, and drive Infrastructure & Operations for the group, our Cloud by Design Strategy is a great challenge. A fantastic team to work with and a transformation to achieve with high energy.Driven by a strong customer service spirit & a high interest in new technologies, I acquired 35 years of experience in Information Technology, allowing me to develop a full IT strategy aligned to the Business vision, while staying close to day to day operations to ensure high availability of IT services.Travelling a lot as a kid, I like multicultural environments, and decided to join GE, General Electric early in my career, lived 2,5 years in the USA, growing my international management skills & becoming fluent in english.Sensitive to people\'s needs, eager to still better understand my IT customers, I managed IT application teams successively for the all company value chain functions: engineering, sales and marketing, manufacturing, after sales service and finance.Rigorous, more and more aware of the importance of quality, I got 6 Sigma Black Belt certified, driving the IT quality strategy for GE Healthcare in Europe during 2 years, building up my expertise in process simplification and productivity improvement.Eager to learn and to cover the full spectrum of the IT world, during 14 years, I was infrastructure director for GE Healthcare Europe, managing teams up to 130 people, then Worldwide with PartnerRe whom I joined in 2007, improving my leadership & my interest for people, from recruting to skills development. Using my Customer service spirit at ALSTOM as End User Services & Support Director for France and as Quality Director, I improved the Customer Satisfaction and developed a continuous improvement mindset.
