ABOUT PATRICK RATTÉ

Experienced bilingual consultant, I have more than thirty years of experience in business planning, strategic marketing and distribution management, mainly built through key players in the insurance and banking sectors in Quebec and Canada. Recognized for my analytical and strategic thinking, my areas of expertise are primarily related to business strategy and business model design, as well as leading the annual planning process. Passionate about competitive intelligence and client knowledge, I specialize in the design and deployment of market development strategies, supported by distinctive value propositions. I have also contributed to the implementation of multichannel distribution strategies, enriching the efficiency of physical channels by the valuable contribution of digital channels. More recently, I participated in the transformation of teams in Agile mode, as a practice leader. My professional career has led me to conduct and enhance my expertise as an advisor, manager and executive. Holder of an MBA, I have recently completed a doctoral degree in administration, through which I have devoted my research on the digital transformation intensity of business models. This process has supported and enriched my professional vocation as a consultant, thus optimizing the value of my expertise toward organizations seeking for a sustainable competitive positioning.
