Aurubis AG (Aurubis) is a producer and distributor of non-ferrous metals. The company processes complex metal concentrates, scrap metals, and metal-bearing recycling materials into metals. The company produces copper cathodes and wide range of copper and copper alloy products including wire rod, shapes, flat rolled products, strip, and specialty wire. Its product portfolio also includes gold, silver, lead, tin, zinc, minor metals such as tellurium and selenium, and platinum group metals. It has production centers in Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland and the Netherlands and outside Europe the company has production sites in the US. Aurubis is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. Report to the Regional GM and the Global VPHR. Will be responsible for regional headquarters and manufacturing sites currently being constructed in the region. Oversee a full range of HR functions including talent acquisition, training, organizational structure, cultural engagement, compensation, benefits, payroll, site services and continuous improvement initiatives.
