ABOUT PATRICK PARTIS
I am a highly motivated and organised student, continually seeking out opportunities for personal and professional development, especially within team environments. I enjoy learning from those around me, listening to others and speaking up to voice improvements or asking questions to further my understanding of tasks. I currently am Chairman of Lacrosse at Loughborough University. I oversee and coordinate the operations of a committee of 9 members and a club of over 285 members. Additionally, I am a first-team athlete and regularly coach beginner sessions for groups of up to 30 players. I have a fascination for sports science and medicine and aim to one day work in this sector. I demonstrated this fascination within an extended project qualification, researching links between repeated concussions in the NFL and the development of CTE, also focusing on the effectiveness of helmet design in reducing instances of concussion. For this work, I achieved an A* My dream is to work within the professional performance sport landscape
