Patrick Noonan is the Chief Development Officer at Argano, where he oversees the company’s strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and long-term growth strategy. As a member of the executive leadership team, he leads all aspects of the M&A lifecycle—from target origination and financial diligence to deal negotiation and post-close integration. Patrick also manages Argano’s internal and third-party diligence teams, serves as the corporate liaison to its private equity partners, and oversees key investor and lender relationships.This marks Patrick’s third PE-backed sponsor platform, having spent his career scaling technology and services businesses through strategic acquisitions and operational integration. He has led nearly 60 buy-side M&A transactions, including 20+ acquisitions at Argano. His leadership has been central to expanding Argano’s presence across the Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Data, & AI ecosystems as the company builds the world’s leading digital operations consultancy.Prior to Argano, Patrick was with a PE-backed technology company and Motorola’s largest global partner, where he closed 35 acquisitions and led two successful exits to private equity firms. He began his career in investment banking, focused on technology-enabled business services.Patrick is known for structuring complex transactions, building trust with founders and investors, and driving results that align strategic vision with operational execution. He brings a platform-builder mindset to every deal and is passionate about enabling growth through partnership.
