As Vice-President, Finance, I am a key strategic leader responsible for advancing the company’s growth, fiscal management, and internal operational strategy. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, I lead the development and implementation of increasingly efficient financial and administrative policies and procedures as well as support the establishment of key long-term relationships with business partners that enhance the company’s visibility and market position. The provision of financial leadership includes defining and managing budgets and monitoring long-term strategic fiscal plans as well as liaising with potential customers, partners, and investors.\\\\n\\\\nIn this new role, I will continue to work with, support and advise all departments on a variety of initiatives including: strategic planning; financial modelling; solicitation management; pricing and profitability analysis; reporting development and enhancement (financial, sales and operational); ERP implementation; continuous improvement; policy development; valuations; legal review; decision support; and special projects.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
