I’m driven by the challenge of turning regulatory complexity into clear, actionable pathways that keep critical projects moving.I bring deep experience in federal lands permitting, upstream oil and gas authorizations, and subsurface and surface access across diverse jurisdictions. I’ve led complex permitting programs, built durable relationships with regulators and stakeholders, and helped organizations align regulatory strategy with operational goals in fast‑moving, technically demanding environments.A major focus of my work is advancing the use of emerging technologies in permitting and compliance.    Lead regulatory and policy strategy supporting full lifecycle initiatives across multi-state operations, with particular emphasis on upstream oil and gas permitting on federal and state lands and in high-scrutiny jurisdictions- Direct and oversee permitting strategies for upstream oil and gas development, including drilling, completion, infrastructure, and associated environmental approvals in complex regulatory environments- Serve as senior interface with federal and state regulators (U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and state agencies in NM, TX, and OH) on permitting, reporting, and approval pathways for projects on federal lands, including air quality, environmental review, and subsurface authorizations- Advise executive leadership on regulatory risk, incentives, and emerging policy frameworks affecting ESG initiatives, emissions reduction, and upstream oil and gas development decisions- Manage enterprise-wide initiatives integrating ESG priorities with operational execution, including reduction of environmental footprint on public and private lands and adoption of technology-enabled compliance solutions.
