Responsible for the oversight of a team of construction managers and coordinators for all design and construction activities related to tenant improvement and re-investment projects for 6.4 million square feet of office space within the San Diego Office portfolio. We are the project\'s managing liaison between our customers, our internal leasing department, our operations & engineering teams, the architect of record, the MEP consultants and the awarded general contractor and subcontractors.
