About Patrick Raring
I have a passion to lead, collaborate, and inspire others to reach their fullest potential! In the Air Force I successfully led teams ranging in size and scope from the B-52 crew of 5 to leading the entirety of Air Force Global Strike Command\'s airmen across the United States through a rigorous nuclear exercise. The primary lessons I\'ve learned from those experiences are that people will surprise you with their insight, ingenuity, and ability to get things done in the face of adversity. My mission, despite Air Force retirement, continues to be serving others to reach their full potential. I truly enjoy watching that \"ah ha\" moment in others as we grow as workers, leaders, and subordinates! I look forward to the next challenge presented to me, to get to know you and how I might be able to help, and continuing to push myself to be better than I was yesterday.
