ABOUT PATRICK JOHNS

With over 25 years of international experience in implementation, consulting, presales, and leadership roles, I develop tailored solutions in application modernization, cloud integration, delivery processes, global sourcing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI). My solutions optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive data-driven innovation, helping both my company and our clients to increase competitiveness. My career began in application development and systems integration, where I gained expertise in developing and implementing enterprise applications (in industries such as telecommunications and energy). As cloud technologies emerged, I shifted my focus to Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS, developing scalable, flexible cloud-native solutions (e.g, Conversational AI) that make organizations more agile and efficient. I increasingly integrate data and AI solutions to further enhance processes. I aim to develop solutions as reusable templates and best practices, making apps, data, and AI projects, methods, and processes more efficient. I work closely with global development teams, architects, CxO-level executives, and sales to assess technology platforms, identify growth areas and market potential, craft sales stories, set clear goals, and define the best implementation strategies for both sales and delivery. A key part of my work involves creating innovative solutions that can be reused as templates for future offerings, consulting engagements, and transformation projects. I present these solutions as marketable offerings, supporting both internal teams and clients in leveraging them. My expertise in storytelling, consultative selling, and my ability to simplify complex situations help companies gain a competitive advantage. What sets me apart is my ability to combine technical expertise with creative problem-solving. I often develop the innovative core of a project, which I establish as a scalable, global solution. These solutions are adopted as best practices and integrated into daily operations through coaching and training. My experience in global sourcing enables me to efficiently manage international resources and successfully address complex challenges. My versatility across management, technological innovation, sales, and implementation fosters an innovation-driven culture. I am currently deepening my expertise in data science and machine learning to further support my clients with advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions, helping them optimize decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
