This role comprises of overall management co-ordination and responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of three onsite support team, these are GMP facility support, lab services, and scientific support. I am also responsible for all QMS documentation in the areas that I manage, health and safety requirements, training/compliance, and line management of the teams to ensure delivery of a high-quality service. I will liaise with other departments, suppliers, senior stakeholders, and the science community ensuring continuity of contracted services by measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). I lead development of strategies to identify and deliver projects to provide efficiency improvements, Baselining, cost saving opportunities for Pharmaron and drive and support operational excellence across the teams within my areas of responsibility.
