Create an internal design schedules.• Oversee design pipeline to ensure all deadlines are being met in order to provide storyboard artists with materials needed and to ensure designs are approved by appropriate teams and shipped to vendor studio on schedule.• Populate storyboard server reference folders with production designs as they are approved.• Regularly update Shotgrid databases & Production Docs (i.e. Actuals & Assumptions).• Responsible for ensuring that every script is broken down for reuse assets and new assets.• Responsible for overseeing weekly art review meetings with the EP, design leads, prod leads and artists to review designs done during the week.• Take notes regarding assets needing revision, approved for review, and approved for shipment. • Responsible for processing all internally approved TEXTURED & GROOMED cg models.• Responsible for tracking all client approvals/notes, organizing and attending revision launches with artists and design leads, sending responses back to client and ensuring that any revisions are completed and approved before shipment.
