   Manage a supply chain supervisor and a team of 10 production planners plus one hourly clerk (the supervisor role was eliminated in 2021). • Developed team skills and advocated for APICS CPIM certification and Greenbelt certification. Certified an additional 20% of the planning team for both Greenbelt and CPIM in 2022. • Set site strategy for key respiratory PPE manufacturing to deliver life-saving N95s, reusable respirators, hearing protection, electrodes and patient plates, sorbents, and Powered & Supplied Air/Welding products throughout the pandemic. Helped the team navigate significant supply chain raw material challenges and reduce pandemic backorders by 80% in 2022, improved OTIF by 10%, and Customer Delivery Date Accuracy (CDDA) by 26%. • Developed proactive tools replicated at other sites that analyzed incoming POs and detected opportunities for PO cancellation, reduction, or delay to reduce inventory and support 3M\'s inventory targets. This delivered a 15% reduction in inventory (from 2022 peak) and Non-Working Inventory (NWI) by 1.1% and accrual by $500k. • Champion for Valley Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by supporting initiatives & strategy • Established daily Production Planning Tier 3 rhythm, weekly production resource planning meetings, and monthly capacity planning meetings. This greatly improved visibility for both the Operations team as well as the supply chain team which improved production uptime and limited interruptions. • Created an Anticipated Material Usage review with the planning team to detect RM shortages well before they occur to give time to escalate and rectify before production would be interrupted. • Acted as Monroe, NC site interim Production Planning Manager Oct 2021-Jan 2021 in addition to Valley site when the previous manager exited suddenly. Hired three additional planners at Monroe to support their operations. Reduced Monroe\'s backorders and December 2021\'s shipments were the largest in the site\'s history.
