I serve as the technical expert in disaster managment to the Division of Housing (DOH), providing guidance and oversight for the Division\'s response to disasters. This work includes- Leading the DOH Incident Command Team and representing DOH in the State Emergency Operations Center during emergencies and crises- Leading the DOH roles in the Housing Recovery Support Annex and Mass Care Emergency Support Function of the State of Colorado Emergency Operations Plan- Providing technical assistance in the development of DOH policies and plans, including the Division\'s Continuity of Operations Plan and the Disaster Resiliency, Response, and Recovery Operations Plan- Leading and/or participate in several interagency efforts, including the Disaster Housing Task Force, the Colorado Resiliency Working Group, the State Recovery Task Force, and the Technical Advisory Committee for Regional Building Codes- Drafting emergency response and recovery policies for DOH and provide input into other agency policies and legislation.
