About Patrick Howard
Patrick Howard has 25 years of professional consulting experience in government. He currently leads Offerings and Solutions within Deloitte’s Government and Public Services practice, responsible for scaling and delivering world-class offerings and services for our Government and Public Services clients. Deloitte’s 9 Offering Portfolios enabled by our solutions, alliances and over team members stand side by side with our clients to address the nation’s most complex mission critical challenges. Prior to that role, Pat served as the National Lead for Deloitte’s Public Sector Health Care Practice. In this role, he was responsible for all client service delivery and overall client satisfaction for the practice. During the Affordable Care Act implementation, Pat led Deloitte’s Health Insurance Exchange implementations. Patrick also led our Central region focused on leading a diverse portfolio of public sector clients in the Midwest. Patrick has been a regular speaker at national conferences and has been widely quoted in the national media.
