My background spans renowned global brands across luxury, premium, and technology sectors, where I have consistently delivered strong business results and elevated customer experience.In my current role as UK & Ireland Regional Manager, I oversee a network of 21 stores, across 4 countries, generating £70 million in annual revenue, leading a team of 300 employees to drive performance, profitability, and operational standards across multiple markets. I am recognised for implementing strategic initiatives that enhance store efficiency, refine product assortment, and improve the customer journey - ensuring alignment with the company vision and commercial objectives.My earlier leadership roles at PVH corp, Sofology, Apple & Levi Strauss has strengthened my expertise in people development, customer experience, and end-to-end store operations.
