In addition, I assist commercial real estate investors and asset managers in the acquisition and disposition of assets under management. I handle complex transactions involving ground leases, tenants in common (TIC) ownership, condominiums, multi-borrower and multi-property portfolio structures, A/B note splits, loan sales, and co-lender/syndicated/participation financings, preferred equity and mezzanine loans.
