I am currently the Lead Program Integrator working with a cross-functional team to develop GE HealthCare\'s 1st Photon Counting CT Scanner. Lead program execution for 70+ engineers for the $200MM+ Photon Count Detector Program. After 6 years working in Mechanical design, I have put a focus in my career in project/program management to drive a team(s) to accomplish the most challenging technical problems. Working in the Global Environment, I put a focus on understanding the different working styles of my counterparts and building relationships with each person to have an understanding of trust between each other. Working with different culture\'s requires an understanding of each person which drives efficiency and productivity between global teams.In the recent year my key completed deliverables include- Delivering nine prototype CT Detectors to enable system risk retirement and patient scanning- Identifying optimization strategies for our key supply chain risk during product development- Developed Team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Product Owners to understand the performance of the teamI continuous am looking for new tools and methods to improve team efficiency and build team culture!
