I partner with clients to modernize contingent labor programs and leverage Papaya’s unified platform for Employer of Record (EOR), contractor management (Agent of Record/AOR), global payroll, and cross‑border payments.In this role, I focus on:• Guiding enterprise clients through workforce expansion and compliance across 160+ countries using Papaya’s EOR solutions.• Streamlining contractor management, from onboarding and document collection to automated compliance and consolidated payments.• Transforming global payroll operations through a single data layer that replaces fragmented local providers.• Accelerating global payments with Papaya’s fully compliant, automated payments engine, reducing errors, delays, and manual work.• Improving visibility and control, enabling organizations to track labor spend, compliance status, and workforce data in real time.• Building long‑term strategic partnerships focused on reducing risk, increasing efficiency, and enabling rapid market entry.I work closely with HR, Talent, Procurement, and Finance leaders to replace outdated processes with a streamlined, automated, and compliant end‑to‑end workforce solution—helping businesses scale faster and operate with confidence worldwide.
