Responsible for onboarding, implementation and enablement for Fortune 500 clients in the MarTech industry, regularly managing 20+ accounts simultaneously. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project plan, progress, and risks. Facilitate sessions with clients and track progress against baseline schedule to ensure successful and timely completion of deliverables. Ensure project objectives/requirements and key performance measures are clear and agreed to by stakeholders. Work closely with the Customer Success Manager, the Strategy Team, Product Consultants, and the Customer Support team to deliver high quality onboardings and serve as an expert on the 6sense product to strategically guide use cases from inception to launch. Understand customer’s end to end workflow and translate them into business and technical requirements. Ensure efficiency of implementation and scalability of new client practices within the platform. Play a key role working with stakeholders both internally and externally to drive the end-to-end delivery of the use cases and maximize value as quickly as possible. Form strong relationships with cross-functional partners and external parties. Act as a knowledge partner and 6sense expert to strategically guide customers through best practices.
