   Within our Community Economic Development department we work with small businesses to help them create and retain jobs through our EDA and USDA revolving loan programs. These special loan programs frequently work with commercial lenders (in 2nd position) to help businesses obtain the financing that they would not traditionally be able to achieve. Attractive fixed rate financing for real estate, equipment, and working capital. We include start ups and established organizations. COIC has a long history of success in our Central Oregon community helping businesses prosper.
